BLCT Shareholder Meeting for Merger

BLCT has this special shareholder meeting scheduled to approve (or not) a merger.  The valuation of a company can shift wildly during the runup and the period after the event, in these cases.  A trader would want to have the technicals set up on their Think or Swim and keep an eye on the 1 hour and 4 hour candles during the runup, and the much shorter term technicals after the vote.

This year there have been quite a few of these and the results have been mixed.  But almost all of them have a period where Social Media is gung-ho about them and for some brief period of time, volume explodes with the price.  So, traders who like volatility, both the runup variety and the event variety, are going to be interested in at least watching this!
