TTNP-Special Meeting of Shareholders

This meeting is to approve the new Activists Shareholders request to increase the board size and to elect the Activists slate of 6 nominees to those positions.  One one hand, its not a big event.  However, for the Activist Shareholder to have the power he wants, in order to enact whatever changes he thinks will benefit the valuation of the company, this would need to be approved and then all 6 of the nominees would need to get a seat.  It could be a quieter event, with the effects coming after.  However, to be an event trader here, it would be helpful to know what the new Activist Investors plans, if any are public.
