FCEL – Special Stockholder Meeting (Increase Share’s)

Ominous meeting, they are asking shareholders to give them permission to increase the maximum amount of shares issued from 500 million to 1 billion.  A company often does this prior to filing for an offering, so this could have bearish sentiment on it.
