DDI-Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

This meeting is to elect two board members, which is no big deal, and then there’s a 3rd measure to lower their capital reserves. That could have an impact on how shareholders view the company, less reserves gives a complete more investable cash, but less security. The difference matters, and it’ll be interesting to see how shareholders vote and then react to this item.
