This is a meeting to merge Allwyn and CRHC, which, after approval, the new company and warrants will list separately, ALWN and ALWN.WS.
The runup to the event could be very volatile, depending on how sold the market is on the merger. Runup traders will want to monitor the technicals leading up to the event, and then event traders will want to especially monitor the price action after the event. Sometimes these can lead to an uncharacteristic dip, simply due to the market not knowing about the new ticker. Sometimes the lower float can lead to Reddit or Wall Street Bets folks taking it for a wild ride.
