ATNX – Special Meeting of Stockholders

This meeting is being held to vote on a Reverse Split, then to increase the number of shares (ie an offering), and to increase the number of shares in their incentive program.  The first two votes are the consequential ones.  They need the Reverse split to regain compliance, and in the same vote are hoping shareholders ok a share sale.  This is probably going to be rough, but if they enact a Reverse Split and a shelf offering of some sort, they stand to benefit if and when the stock is pumped.  After a Reverse Split it is a lot easier for market manipulators to do their manipulating, so Event and Afterglow Traders will want to monitor the volume and technicals to catch any short-lived spike.
