There are many items being voted on prior to this date, and the results will be published on this day.  The main item is selling a few subsidaies to a new company.  The language seems to include a reference to a distribution of cash of .024 per share but that might be just for converted shares.  Worth doing your own research on this one, since AEHL is a known high volatility ticker.
