This event ends on November 1st, and has a million and one companies presenting at it. The full list is below, but the tickers that stand out to us as the most interesting from a short term swing (Runup or Event Trade) are: EMBK, WBX, PLL, and HYLN due to their higher levels of volatility.

Runup Traders-those who buy the rumor and sell the news- will be looking at the period just before the event, and will want to sell just before or during the event. The idea being, the “rumor” period will build everything up so much that when the actual news hits, IE the presentation, it’s not such a big deal. Events like that are ones where the audience is more limited, and the information being presented is all old news.
