PAAS, AUY, AEM – Special Meeting of Shareholders

This is a meeting to approve a previously announced deal for PAAS to purchase the outstanding shares and Canadian assets of AUY. It is unclear to us just yet what AEM has to gain or lose from this deal. In the interest of getting the event published on the Calendar I will post it today, but return and update when more information is found.
