CNGO-Last 3 Years Spec Div Between April 8 and June 16

This is a range of dates that CNGO has offered shareholders a Special Dividend, each year, for 4 years. Special Dividends are named aptly, they’re special, and not to be expected. But for each of the last four years they have paid, and last year the special dividend amounted to 30%+. Being able to anticipate it and grab any dips during this period might be a way to capture gains upon the special dividend announcement (not from the dividend, from the runup prior to the dividend ex date).
